This recipe is so simple it only has 2 main ingredients… cheese and pepperoni!! a little oil for the pan and top off with some grated parm…. and you got yourself a keto friendly skillet pepperoni pizza!
I would be remiss if I didn’t say the topping combinations of this recipe are bound only by your imagination! I have seen others with sausage, peppers, onions, spinach, and on and on.
